LODGING OPTIONS:

Choose from beautiful fully furnished cabins or camping

Cabin 2 Sleeps up to 4 people

  • Bedroom 1: one king bed ($1,165 single occupancy or $965 per person shared bed)

  • Bedroom 2: two twin beds ($980 each)

    • your own transportation to/from trailheads (we will caravan follow each other to ensure no one gets lost or left behind)

    • your own camping gear (if camping)

    • bike rentals - Ardent Bike Shop

    • any favorite food or snacks of yours that we might not be providing (or special dietary restricted foods)

    • you must be age 18 or older

    • you must have a well functioning mountain bike - or choose the rental option at checkout (we will be doing a bike check to ensure everyone has a bike that is safe to use)

    • you must sign the waivers prior to participating in this event (email will be sent after ticket purchase and prior to event)

    • There is a $100 non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot.

    • if minimum number of people are not signed up by September 1st, this event will be cancelled and you will be refunded (minus $100 fee to cover costs incurred).
